Returns and Exchanges

ALL Returns - POSTAGE STILL APPLIES

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please be sure to double-check your size & colour selection before placing your order. All shipping charges, including shipping incurred for authorised returns will be the responsibility of the purchaser. We thank you in advance for your understanding and compliance with these standard procedures.

Repairs

We at Midnight Glamour pride ourselves on our high standards and quality control. All of our clothing is checked prior to dispatch but if you have found a fault with a garment we would be more than happy to correct the fault. Whether to replace or repair the garment is at our discretion. All claims must be made within 14 days, with proof of purchase date.
If you do receive faulty goods or wish to return any item, please return immediately to: POX 637 Nerang, QLD 4211.

Returns

If you wish to return you item please notify us by email before you send it. Provided that the garments are returned unworn, unwashed and in good condition with all packaging and labels intact within 7 days along with your receipt. Money will be refunded by the original payment method you have choosen when you placed your order, excluding the original postage charge, which is non-refundable.

As a gesture of goodwill all items returned after the 7 day period up to 28 days will receive a credit voucher. Credit notes are valid for 300 days from the date of issue.

Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing fault.

For obvious reasons of hygiene any item in contact with intimate body parts such as G-Strings cannot be returned.

All refunds and credits will be applied to customer's account within 28 days of you returning the item to us.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for another size, provided that the garments are returned unworn, unwashed and in good condition with all the packaging and labels intact with 7 days along with your receipt we will happily exchange the item. We would like to offer a one time offer of shipping the exchanged item back to you at Midnight Glamours's expense. If more exchanges of size or styles are needed all postage with be at the expense of the customer.
For obvious reasons of hygiene any item in contact with intimate body parts such as G-Strings cannot be exchanged.
